Data we collect
When you contact us we may process your name, email address, phone number if provided, trade or craft, message content, and documents you voluntarily send (CV, certificates, cover letters). Technical logs may include IP address and basic browser data required to operate the site.

- Responding to enquiries and delivering consultations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract / pre-contract).
- Operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
- Optional analytics cookies only if you accept (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent).
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation, then up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal claims. Consultation files are retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter according to statutory commercial retention rules where applicable.
Recipients
We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email providers acting as processors may process data under instruction. Documents are shared with third parties only at your request (for example a translator you appoint).
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the EEA, we require appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian data protection authority (BayLDA).
