Refunds & cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid consultation fees for services listed on this site (application package review, interview preparation, qualification mapping, and job-search planning). Website content and free guides are not purchased goods and are not refundable.

Timeframe

Cancel in writing (email to hello@opti-tech.click) at least 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund of prepaid fees for that session. Cancellations inside 48 hours may receive a partial refund of 50% if we cannot rebook the slot.

Full refunds

Full refunds are issued when we cancel a session, when you cancel outside the 48-hour window, or when we have not yet begun document review after payment and you withdraw before the agreed start.

Partial refunds

If document review has started but the live session has not occurred, we may refund a portion reflecting unused time, typically 30–50% depending on hours already spent. After a completed session and delivery of written notes, fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed consultation sessions with notes delivered
• Third-party costs you arranged separately (translations, certified copies)
• No-shows without notice

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the session. Later reschedules may be treated as a late cancellation.

Deposits & no-shows

Where a deposit is taken to hold a date, it is applied to the final fee. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Remaining prepaid amounts follow the partial-refund rules above.

Work already started

Once we have opened and annotated your documents, that portion of the engagement is considered delivered even if you later decide not to attend the live call.

Refund process & timing

Email hello@opti-tech.click with your name, booking date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
